The Wing Punt

The punt is the most important play in football and the first one that can lead to disaster. In this punt team coaching video, Montclair State special teams coach Mike Cieri, a 36-year coaching veteran, demonstrates the Wing Punt: its strategy and execution, the different forms of directional punting, and the stance, alignment, man protection rules and responsibilities that let athletes protect what they have been taught.
