About this video
This is the run game of the Pistol-Flex Triple Option, taught play by play. Simon Fraser University coach Paul Markowski details seven running plays from the offense and, just as importantly, the decision-making behind them: the quarterback's thought process and his reads against different defensive structures. Every play is shown against both a seven-man front and an eight-man front, which is the whole ballgame for an option team trying to decide what to call when the defense adds a defender to the box.
