About this video
Grafton High School head coach Jared Van Acker built the "Loco" punt formation to do three things at once: spread the defense out, take pressure off the punter, and cover well enough that the punt team is an advantage instead of a liability. In this session he explains why the formation has been successful for his program in Yorktown, Virginia, and how it becomes an offensive weapon as well - the Loco series is used to convert first downs and flip field position, not just to kick the ball away.
