About this video
What is the secret of Coach Bryon Hamilton's 4,000-yard Shotgun Zone Fly Offense? Establish the fly sweep on the outside, force defenders to commit to the alleys, then run the ball inside and eat up even more yards. In this coaching video Coach Hamilton shows how to establish both the outside and inside run game with the base run package, diagramming each play against odd and even fronts and sharing the small details that make the plays work, details that would take years to discover on your own.
What you'll learn
- The Unstoppable Fly Sweep, which is not the traditional fly sweep, and how it forces the defense to commit outside.
- Inside zone from the Shotgun Zone Fly, run once the alleys are being defended.
- The Gap-Down, Trap and Tackle Pull plays that round out the inside run game.
- Blocking each play against odd and even front defenses.
- The little secrets to being truly effective running the ball in this offense.
- Game film of every play with analysis from Coach Hamilton.

Frequently asked questions
Which running plays are in the base run package?
Five: the Unstoppable Fly Sweep (Coach Hamilton's own version, not the traditional fly sweep), inside zone, gap-down, trap and tackle pull, each diagrammed against odd and even fronts and shown on game film.
Is this video enough to install the offense?
It is the run-game core, so combined with the overview video it gives a high school staff the foundation. The Unstoppable Sweep, QB run game and play-action sessions add the rest of the system.
How do I watch it after purchase?
The moment you buy it for $19.95 it streams in your AFM Videos account as a Buy Now, Watch Now video, on any device, with unlimited replays. It is also part of the 1-Year All Access membership ($99/year) that includes every video on the site.
What is the logic behind sweep first, then inside?
Establishing the fly sweep forces defenders to commit to containing the alleys; once they do, the inside zone, trap and gap-down plays have room to run, which is how Foothill kept eating up yards.
