About this video
The Shotgun Zone Fly Offense is a run-first attack that forces defenders to commit to stopping the outside and inside run, and Coach Bryon Hamilton built a series of play-action passes and screens to take advantage of defenders who are expecting the run. In this coaching video he demonstrates how Foothill High School throws play action and screens off the fly sweep fake, with extensive game film and analysis.

Frequently asked questions
What passing concepts does this video cover?
Three plays thrown off the fly sweep fake in the Shotgun Zone Fly Offense, the Waggle Pass, the Bench Rub and the Dart Screen, plus a section on protecting the quarterback.
Is it useful for a coach who does not run the fly sweep?
The concepts are built specifically off the fly sweep fake, so they fit best in a Shotgun Zone Fly or fly-sweep-based offense; other run-first high school coordinators can still borrow the play-action and screen ideas.

Why does a 4,000-yard rushing offense need a passing video?
Because the run game forces defenders to commit, and the play-action passes and screens in this session are designed to take advantage of those defenders expecting the run.
