About this video
Matt Dickmann built Seminole Ridge High School around a multiple motion offense, and he credits it for turning a start-up program into a winner. In this session he details the running game: the jet and rocket motion package, the sweeps that come off it, and the misdirection plays that punish a defense for chasing. Every play is diagrammed against even and odd fronts and shown on game film.

Frequently asked questions
What is the multiple motion running game?
It is a run attack built on jet and rocket motion - jet sweep and rocket sweep with their complementary plays, misdirection off the same motion, and a double reverse, all diagrammed against odd and even fronts.
What kind of program is it for?
It was built at the high school level in a program starting from scratch, so youth and high school coaches without a size advantage get the most from it; wing-T and double wing coaches will find the motion package easy to bolt on.

Is there game film or just chalk talk?
Both. Coach Dickmann diagrams each play and then shows extensive game film of it so you can see how the motion and the execution actually look at full speed.
